Must have successfully completed residential treatment within the past 12 months and have a current substance use evaluation and be diagnosed with a Substance Use Disorder; Nebraska resident.
Provides clean, sober living for individuals participating in Revive Ministries alcohol and drug rehabilitation and counseling treatment programs; Substance abuse evaluations; Drug and alcohol screening; Individual counseling; Group therapy; Life skills classes; Christian 12-Step study.

Must be participating in the Revive Ministries Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation and Counseling Treatment Program, comply with the treatment determined by a Counselor at the Horizon Recovery & Counseling Center and make a 6 month commitment.

Anyone can input their zip code to find a pharmacy nearest to them to obtain Naloxone (Narcan) at no charge along with education on how to properly administer it in a time of need. A prescription from a doctor is not needed to get a naloxone kit. Anyone who is at risk for an overdose, their friends, family, etc. can get a kit. Each kit comes with two 4mg/0.1 ml doses of naloxone.
