(September 15, 2023) — The Nebraska Department of Veterans’ Affairs (NDVA) has awarded $2.5 million to the Nebraska Vietnam Veterans Memorial Foundation to go towards construction of its Vietnam War Memorial in Papillion.
The Nebraska Legislature appropriated funds to NDVA in 2023 to award to a not-for-profit organization to complete construction of a memorial to honor the Nebraska military personnel who were killed in action during the Vietnam War.
