Governor Pete Ricketts will host a ceremony at the Governor’s Residence to sign LB 387, a bill that allows military retirees to exempt 100% of their military retirement pay from Nebraska state income tax. Gov. Ricketts will be joined by Nebraska Department of Veterans’ Affairs Director John Hilgert, veterans groups, and State Senators. The Governor and others will make brief remarks before taking questions.
