HUD/VASH Program - provides housing vouchers to low income, disabled and chronically homeless single Veterans and Veteran families; Homeless Outreach Program, Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Program.

Provides rent and utility financial assistance through the Emergency Services Program. Calls for assistance are accepted on Mondays at 9:00am. Appointments are made to the first ten eligible callers. Provides furniture and household supply vouchers to St. Louise Gift and Thrift Store.

SSVF provides case management, rent and utility deposits, rent and utility assistance, emergency supplies, transportation, small care repairs, gas vouchers, moving costs and emergency housing assistance to very low-income single veterans and veterans with families who are at risk of homelessness or are literally homeless in Lancaster and Saunders Counties.

Provides affordable housing to qualifying residents of Lincoln who are currently undergoing financial stress; Section 8 Rental Assistance; Homeownership Program; Tenant supportive services; Homeless Voucher Program; Family Support.

Provides information, assistance and education on community services and long-term care; Family Caregiver Support Program, Handyman/Housekeeper Program; Transportation to Senior Centers; Durable medical equipment lending (walkers, wheel chairs, etc.) Lifeline Services; Care management.

Provides assistance to persons with disabilities to increase independence through information and referral, systems and individual advocacy, peer support, independent living skills training, assistance finding and paying for accessible housing, assistance aimed at avoiding institutionalization, financial benefits counseling, services coordination, assistance locating funding for vehicle modification, a scooter or wheelchair.

Medicaid eligibility and waiver applications; Medicaid home and community based services, respite services, Commodity Supplemental Food Program, Social Services for Aged and Disabled Adults, assisted living services to allow persons who are 60+ or disabled to live independently; chore assistance, adult day program, home delivered meals, congregate meals, non-medical transportation; Aid to the Aged, Blind or Disabled (cash payment based on social security rules; however individual cannot receive SSI due to disability expected to last less than 12 month)s.

Provides sober, transitional housing for men that includes an on-site work program, education classes and drug and alcohol counseling; private sleeping rooms, laundry facilities, congregate meals, community room, library, 24 hour staff. Free medical clinic for uninsured residents.

Provides temporary housing, meals, showers, personal care items and laundry services to single men, women, married couples and families with children.
